Jérôme Stioui and his wife Emmanuelle Stioui created “Le village des enfants extraordinaires” in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, Val-de-Marne. A space dedicated to children and adolescents with mental disabilities, as well as their families, to help them break free from isolation.
