Freddy Halet is the Deputy Director of the Dispositif sensoriel et du langage de VYV3 Pays-de-la-Loire in Angers, deployed at the Centre Charlotte-Blouin, which supports young people with hearing impairments and those with oral language disorders, and at the Institut Montéclair, which assists visually impaired youth, operating throughout the Maine-et-Loire department. They developed the SENS application.
