The job market continues to demand experience while ignoring talent, young people are disconnected from available resources, and the actors in the ecosystem (training centers, employment offices, social entities) rarely coordinate. This uncomfortable diagnosis was the impetus to create Enreda.
The Enreda program combines comprehensive support, technology, and connection to the territory. Instead of starting from what the young person lacks, it begins with their competencies: self-awareness, emotional management, support networks, as Quintero explains. "Companies are very hungry for that talent. What we need to work on is how to connect them. That is our focus every day,” she asserts.
To convince companies to hire without a history, Quintero states that when they see the real commitment of young people, often excluded from the job market, prejudices fall away.
