The idea was born 8 years ago, after a personal experience. For her birthday, Layticia Audibert invited her community to do a good deed instead of giving her a gift. Over 1,000 people responded to the call. However, many later told her that they wanted to give but didn’t know how, to whom, and that they lacked trust in associations.
Gandee was created from this observation. Since then, the platform has developed several initiatives. Companies can transform their employees' physical activity into donations through "Bouge ton Good." With Student for Impact, students collect donations for associations and can keep 30% of the funds raised to finance their studies, housing, or food.
Today, Gandee supports around a hundred associations and has already facilitated the collection of 2 million euros in donations since its inception, helping to change the lives of 50,000 beneficiaries.
"Every time a student, a company, or a citizen uses our tools to do good in the world, there are real beneficiaries behind who are truly impacted," emphasizes Layticia Audibert.
Ultimately, the goal is also to give young people "a taste for contribution and a taste for sharing," she concludes.
