Less than a third of companies in the SBF120 stock index have 30% of women in leadership positions. In France, 18% of women are executives compared to 24% of men. Although these figures are changing and the gaps are narrowing, the wage disparities between women and men persist.
Marie-Claire Capobianco is committed to highlighting different profiles of women: entrepreneurs, business leaders, etc. First through the ConnectHers program, which she launched in 2016 at BNP Paribas, supporting women in developing their entrepreneurial projects, and then with her show Smart Women, which interviews various women with impactful and inspiring actions.
This commitment allows women to become more visible, thereby valuing their actions and creating role models. By shining a light on the achievements and skills of these women, Marie-Claire Capobianco hopes to inspire others to pursue their dreams and push back against the limits imposed by society.
