“Aportéed'elles is about having everything within reach and giving wings to reclaim one's life and bounce back personally and professionally after challenges or life accidents,” explains Charlotte Berthe. “It can be grief, illness, domestic violence, separation, or the sudden loss of a job. All these situations can leave one feeling extremely vulnerable at some point.”
Because, ultimately, regardless of the challenge or life accident, the consequences are quite similar, both emotionally and psychologically. “It is too difficult to regain that strength and energy because one feels overwhelmed. What is most important is that there is a need for comprehensive support.”
Thus, Aportéed’elles brings together coaches, psychologists, social workers, and more than thirty other professionals who work in cohesion. This support consists of 200 hours over 9 months.
The women who come to the association are called Hirondelles, who recharge and rebuild in spaces known as “nests.” With the powerful support of sisterhood, they reconnect in a nurturing environment and recreate bonds, which is the key to rebuilding for Charlotte Berthe.
“Connection is truly a vector of integration. If one has no connection with anyone, there is no reason to exist. That’s why it’s important to recreate connections, but especially to maintain them to allow for sustainable social and professional integration and reintegration,” emphasizes Charlotte Berthe.
“So Aportéed’elles was born from this life mission, which allows for this reconstruction and new takeoff that is quite magical, because we truly see all these women reveal themselves. And when we witness their evolution over time, we note an incredible transformation!”
