The idea behind App'Inès was born from a family issue. Indeed, Adrien Bourzat's brother is a liberal nurse himself. “I never saw him at family gatherings, simply because he had difficulties finding replacements and thus leaving his practice,” the entrepreneur recounts. “He must ensure what is called continuity of care, treating patients under all circumstances.”
Adrien Bourzat then realizes that caregivers lack the initial training to recruit effectively, nor do they have the right tools. “They have small Facebook or WhatsApp groups to communicate. It's quite confidential and therefore very complicated to connect for replacement missions,” he explains.
So if the tool doesn't exist, he will create it. Thus, App'Inès aims to be a solution that allows caregivers to connect for replacement missions, collaboration, assistance, and recently, even to find salaried jobs. Registration is free. Replacements are alerted directly on their phones and by email about the mission. They can then simply apply and communicate directly via a secure messaging system.
"But we are not just a classifieds site,” insists Adrien Bourzat. “We have implemented an innovative tool, with artificial intelligence to truly facilitate and accelerate recruitment. On top of that, we try to raise awareness, because during Covid we all banged pots in the street, but after that, it faded away. For the vast majority, caregivers have not seen their income increase since then; they continue to suffer in silence and need help. This comes through innovations like App'Inès, but also through moral support, which we continue to provide to these professionals as well.”
A solution also created to combat medical desertification. “I know it well. I started my company in the depths of Corrèze, where it is difficult to find a caregiver. Therefore, streamlining the journey of healthcare professionals and the territorial network of caregivers across France is a real challenge for us,” concludes Adrien Bourzat.
“We try to make caregivers as happy as possible. Because a happier caregiver means healthier patients,” concludes Adrien Bourzat.
