Combating social exclusion with delicious sandwiches. That is the mission of B de Bocata, which, after opening its first two locations in Barcelona and Palafrugell, aims to expand its presence in other cities to continue contributing to the inclusion of people at risk of social exclusion.
“We believe in the transformative power of opportunity. Not everyone is born with that opportunity. We invest in people who have talent and potential, giving second and third chances. Every sandwich we serve is a step towards social inclusion,” Argenté shares.
From a culinary perspective, they elevate the sandwich to a ‘gourmet’ level, moving away from the preconceived notion that a sandwich is something cheap and shabby.
