To address this issue, Japet develops exoskeletons that can assist movements and relieve back pain. "We have this natural cushioning, but over time, with activities, it deteriorates", explains Amélie Blondeaux.
The company's flagship solution significantly reduces the strain on the spine. "Today, we have clinical studies that prove it, we achieve up to 40% decompression of the spine", she specifies.
Beyond technology, Japet supports an evolution in professional practices. "We also create a whole awareness within companies about the need to take care of employees, to create a healthy environment to protect them", asserts Amélie Blondeaux.
For the co-founder, workplace health is becoming a collective issue. "Quality of life is part of employers' concerns. And it is also the employer's responsibility to maintain it", concludes Amélie Blondeaux.
