“These are people who one day realize that something is not right in their daily lives or in their environment. [...] They want to provide a new response by offering products or services that will transform the dynamics of these territories.” explains Céline.
The origin of Ronalpia comes from a realization: it is not easy to enhance a territory and improve the daily lives of those who live there. Thus, the association offers about ten different pathways, tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs. “It is aimed at all types of people who want to carry out a project with social or environmental impact.” Céline specifies. It is essential to bring about change within a territory, a village, “a new response to a field of activity.” From questioning at the moment of creation to the need for a second wind, Ronalpia offers up to 9 months of support for free!
For 10 years, the association has supported over 800 projects in the social and solidarity economy: “For example, Station V, an association based in Saint-Vallier in Drôme, which aims to provide simple alternatives to individual cars in a small town.” Céline Michaud emphasizes: “It is very interesting to reintroduce soft mobility in these territories where it is not easy to move around otherwise than by car.”
