Communication. It’s often the strongest advice given to those who feel uncomfortable in a situation. Why tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth in business? And how do we do it?
To address this question, we chose to interview Anne-Marie de Couvreur. She is the leader of the new Groupe AMI, founded with her two partners, Frédéric Courtine and Jean-Louis Simonet. Groupe AMI brings together Mediameeting, the French leader in corporate audio and podcasts, established in 2004, the audio news agency A2PRL, acquired in 2014 and originally founded by AFP, and finally the creation of the first 100% positive national radio, AirZen Radio, in 2021.
Today, Groupe AMI has over 200 employees. It is therefore essential for management to be clear on how to communicate with their teams.
To achieve this, they have logically chosen to communicate key information verbally.
To illustrate the relevance of oral communication in the company, Anne-Marie de Couvreur will share numerous concrete examples of companies that have trusted Mediameeting and successfully opted for the creation of internal podcasts and radios.
This allows leaders to effectively disseminate the group's news, whether good or bad, without forgetting individual cases if necessary. The only condition is that everything is said and done with as much transparency as possible.
During this interview, Anne-Marie affirms and explains how and why they chose to be completely open with their employees.
