"I bring to life and highlight actions that our clients are taking, for example, to fight against discrimination or promote gender equality within their ecosystem,” explains Anne-Cécile Sarfati. This includes raising awareness against sexual harassment, improving women's access to leadership positions, and facilitating the return from maternity leave, whether for private companies or public organizations.
Organizations that use this internal communication and pedagogy to bring issues to light and address them.
ACTUALLY also produces a podcast on social mobility, giving a voice to women and men from different professions, ages, and backgrounds who have climbed the social ladder in France and “who, in a way, give back by sharing their journeys, but also simply by engaging in associations or mentoring.”
Additionally, there are special episodes featuring associations that share their actions for equal opportunities, as well as experts and researchers.
"We try to inspire young people at the beginning of their social mobility journey, at an age when they are already studying, on a path, but may lack role models,” says Anne-Cécile Sarfati. “I believe that through our actions, what we change is the narrative. I think we inspire, we restore desire, hope, and tangible outcomes. That's why I am very active in the equal opportunities ecosystem with the Ascenseur collective. Because when we are together, we are stronger, and what we do may be just drops in the ocean, but it matters, and I hope it has an impact.”
