“ What led me to create Avocajust is the observation since 2015, since the beginning of my professional practice, that many people do not know their rights well enough, and are afraid of the law and lawyers ,” explains Sabrina Gabteni.
For her, this lack of knowledge can have significant consequences in daily life. “ People do not realize how signing a contract, having a working relationship with their employer, all of this has consequences in their lives ,” she emphasizes.
Avocajust therefore offers a platform to find a lawyer based on one’s legal issue. The user describes their situation and then discovers lawyers who introduce themselves via video. “ We really want to make lawyers more accessible, particularly by allowing people to get to know their personality, beyond their expertise ,” explains the founder.
The goal is also to provide more transparency regarding fees. “ You don’t walk into a lawyer’s office without knowing what you will have to pay in advance ,” specifies Sabrina Gabteni. The platform thus allows users to book an initial consultation at a pre-disclosed rate.
“ The challenge today is to blend the human element with digital. And it works wonders when we do both to make law accessible to everyone, justice more accessible, all in the service of a fairer world ,” concludes Sabrina Gabteni.
