Good relationships in the workplace can be the beginning of virtuous circles that extend beyond the company. This is the stance of Choose My Company, which helps organizations, businesses, and schools create positive relationships among employees, candidates, interns, and even clients and suppliers.
“The fact that we use certified authentic data helps organizations understand that this process drives engagement so they can act accordingly,” says Andrea Klein, who advocates for the transparency of this process where only the voices of people matter.
In total, around 100,000 employees and an equivalent number of students participate annually in their surveys, representing about 1,500 companies. This allows these companies to obtain accreditations that certify their commitment to employees, their impact, the quality of the intern experience, recruitment processes, and customer experience. It is also a way to combat “social washing,” a form of manipulation by which some companies try to sell a positive image without taking the measures that would genuinely improve working conditions within their ranks.
