Les Idéateurs is an educational program that enables young people, from the age of 8 to 25 and beyond, to develop skills, believe in their projects, and regain confidence in their personal lives as well as in their educational choices, studies, or job search.
"We often say that the world of work is the world of business,” says Kalya Sampo. “But that's not true! In fact, the world of work is a multitude of worlds where there are civil servants, local authorities, businesses, associations, and self-employed individuals. So it’s up to you, as a young person, to carve your own path and choose what you want to do based on who you are.”
To achieve this, Les Idéateurs implements educational pathways focused on entrepreneurship, a method used to help them take action, start from a problem, and find solutions, while also working on the codes of business, the socio-professional world, self-confidence, and stress management.
"I think what we also bring is kindness,” explains Kalya Sampo. “Because there is a lack of hope, we no longer trust the future. And it’s true that when we create connections by saying, you can believe in others, when you are in difficulty you can always count on someone, a structure, an association, we talk about inclusion, it can help open up a field of possibilities and create vocations".
"That’s why for me, all these questions of inclusion are important because it’s about transmission, kindness, listening, and sharing. And I believe that if these notions are brought together, it can, at least I hope, have an impact on society as a whole,” concludes Kalya Sampo.
