Not everyone starts from the same point when trying to reach their goals. This recognition of the systemic inequality affecting our society is at the heart of Fundación Ayo, which connects those who can provide solutions with those who need support.
“We want to change things through people. We believe that change happens when those facing difficulties become the protagonists of that change. At the same time, when other people actively get involved to drive that change,” explains Morales.
Behind this premise are the three action pillars of the Foundation: Ayo Impulsa, Ayo Acelera, and Ayo Emprende, featuring mentorship from professional volunteers who work alongside children, the project's origin, as well as investment and private equity experts who help improve the structure of NGOs and social impact startups.
